Incorrect Address and suspicious requests

On 19 Nov '15, I got an email stating that i requested re-financing on my car.(1) I never requested such. On the attached document it had a residential address which i never gave to MFC. (2)I always request that liaison be made by my post box address, never residential, (3)why did they not use the residential address i gave them at least. I then sent them 2 emails requesting that they provide me with proof that I requested re-financing, and proof of the address i provided when I entered an agreement with them. (4)The response i got from them was an email stating that now my re-finance request has been processed (Talk about ignoring a client completely!). They are sending my personal details to other people's addresses (doc has my ID number, car details on it), processing requests I never requested, and not even addressing my concerns when I raise them. Lately i have been getting unauthorized debit orders, and now someone is making finance requests and I am starting to believe that its because MFC has been reckless with my information. Why ask me for a postal address if you are going to use an address you choose? I need them to send me the proof that I requested urgently.
