When I bought my car 2yrs ago I took out a credit shortfall cover which the premiums for the policy were included in my monthly car installments. I recently got an email to say my policy has been cancelled due to no payment for 3 months. I have been paying my full installments every month without fail. How does the policy then get cancelled? I need this issue sorted asap
