I have financed a car through MFC, a month ago i paid them the final ammount and instructed them to courier me the car registration form so that i can register it on my name. After a month i still did not receive the form and when i phoned them on 2 June i was told that there is still money outstanding. I told them that the settlement amount was given to me by email from MFC and i paid it, unfortunately they are to *********** to do their work and check on my file that the money was received a month ago. totally pathetic service.
