I have had the worst experience with MFC. I changed jobs and called them days before my original debit order date to change the date due to Salary date change. Lady confirmed everything fine but the next week I've received SMS's that my account in arrears even though I called days prior. I have spoken to so many people to confirm the new debit order date and yet no one was able to fix my issue. I've received SMS's for a few days saying my account is arrears when It wasn't. I called so many times and this is totally unprofessional from MFC. If the first-person did their job properly I was not going to have to call so many times and struggle with staff that couldn't even assist me. MFC you need to hire new staff as your staff is so ***********.
