MFC has been a struggle to deal with. On 28 July I made two eft payments by mistake instead of sending one eft payment for my car instalment. I've been dealing with one person who I sent all documents required proof of payment and statement. I have followed up everyday and now his claiming he didnt receive documents when I have papertrail. Now his telling me instead of 4 days a refund can take 15days for sending a double payment which can happen to any human being. I have bills that need to be paid. Van Der Merwe, B.
