Firstly I hate the incompetence companies are showing in South Africa constantly...

I requested a quotation from MFC regarding what my reduced installment would be if I made a payment of R 50 000.00 Then they sent me the wrong quotation which caused problems for me as I worked on their quotation which messed up my whole budget and they do not even take responsibilty for such a huge mustake. You should think they would compensate their customers for such mistakes.

Then this morning I made a payment and sent an e-mail with proof of payment and asking to comfirm the new installment amount. Whwn Thabang answered the phone I explained the reason for my call and guess his first response after explaining everything he needed to know...? What can I help you with? For Pete sake, this waste both of our time and my airtime, this is so *********** and uneccesary causing us clients to get very upset! :-(
