I am so ****ed of with this so called company, my husband bought a car for me last year august and they financed him and two months ago he passed on and they called me and i told them his no more and i asked them what i needed to do and know about the account and they told me they cant give me the information until i get a letter of authority and i told them i don't have it but its in the process and they asked for death certificate and i gave them and they went quiet. last week they called me and told me they will be coming to collect the car as i haven't paid and i refused to give them the car as they haven't given me the proper requirements for follow and they just rock up at my house to collect the car while i have no plan b or information about the car. only yesterday when i called they gave me the requirements on what to do or what i should have done and that arrogant man they send told me that they are issuing a court order for me as i didn't give them the car and his harassing me with the calls and saying its his job. but what im fighting for is why didn't the give me the information i was asking them two months ago when my husband passed instead of them telling me they cant give me and now from no where wanting their car as if i stole it and threatening me with a court order, if i knew what to do from day one i wouldn't be in this mess because of their incompetency and lack of knowing their jobs. ****ed
