Vehicle account in arrears. My account was in arrears due to financial problems. And to my attention I owed R18 700 even on the credit bureau that's what it stated. I made a deposit of R18 700 then the attorneys say I'm still in arrears of 7300. I then make my monthly instalment of R4700 to cover my instalment of R3700 and R1000 to be added onto the amount in arrears. I make an arrangement that I will pay the R6300 in 4 months added to my monthly instalment. They then tell me my contact has been cancelled. And getting sheriffs to call me and take the car. I mean when was it communicated that the contract has been cancelled when I'm making sure that I pay off all the amount in arrears. This is so unfair and a ******* !!! Will be contacting the ombudsman in regards to this.
