<p>After applying for a vehicle from a dealership in klerksdorp, some distance from where I reside in Boksburg and submitting all the relevant documentation the dealership contacted me and informed me that MFC approved my deal. The dealership prepared the contract and arrangements where made for me to come thru and sign the deal. Twenty minutes away from Klerksdorp the dealership phoned me and said someone from MFC will contact me shortly as of the deal was declined due to my rental income not reflecting on my bank account and only my salary that is showing. I told the lady that my rental is going thru my bank statements for years now. She confirmed the amounts on my bank statements in front of her and said she will point it out again to MFC as I was already approved on a level 4 portfolio. Sadly my trip was waisted as MFC just refused our answers which was clearly pointed out to them on black and white. Very unprofessional to inform a customer your deal is approved and then turn it down even though their quarry has been answered.</p>
