I called Mfc /Nedbank with regard E-Natis to changing my registration number . I was told to pay R475.00 which i did . I was then told that they wont be able to change it since i still have a balance . My question is why did they tell me to pay the money .....They forwarded me the same wrong document . I lost a deal because of their *********** stuff . I am requesting a refund for my money as they did not deliver when i needed the document . They telling me they wont refund me as they sent it to traffic department ,what is the point of them sending it,....its too late now . I JUST WANT MY MONEY ......
