INCOMPETENG! ****MERS!

I am very disappointed with the service that MFC is providing. I received a settlement offer via email from MFC from a Mr Mzwandile Masondo (post write off recoveries) which i paid on 06 April. Now, to my suprise MFC debit my account on 30 April and again on 31 May 2024 but the account is settled. When i call their offices no one seems to know anything about resolving this matter instead i am being sent from pillar to post, i am being told that the person handling my account if off i should call back on Monday. I am sick and tired of nedbank and their incompetence and I WANT MY MONEY!
