Incompetency since October

I have been phoning and emailing since October last year, no response or competence from the little response I get from MFC. They put me through from one department to another. And then still nothing is resolved. Month after month. This is unacceptable, they are quick to deduct and promise you the world when financing with them. But as soon as you have a problem, they don't seem to have knowledge of anything.
