Incompetency

I have had endless back and forth emails regarding a refund that had to be process last year November already.The consultants are *********** and do not know what they are doing as they still cannot refund money that is mine,but as soon as you miss a payment they want to issue you with lawyers letters.I am highly irritated by their responses and not being able to sort this out.
