Incompetence

Had a query since last month regarding my vehicle finance account, till today no feedback or any response to my emails . I’m so disappointed at the level of incompetence by MFC as it’s an establishment company which I would expect prompt service. I escalated the matter to the manager as I got email from contact centre but still no response to this day. Please Sivesh or Moodley I need feedback as in yesterday.
