incompetence

Since 2013 MFC has never pleased me. Firstly for almost a year I was not getting billing from MFC now that I complained about it through hello peter I finally got a call from them and they started posting billing. Now my details are not correct suddenly I'm a mrs where is I'm a miss and the postal details changed. For some reason one month I'll receive billing at my work of which I've never chosen my work address to be the postal... my postal address is: 1 Rundellhof flats, Kemp street, OUDTSHOORN, 6620 not the nonsense they choose to write about millitary base. Yes I work at the military base but I have never used it as my point of postal address.
