Incompetence

The consultants at Nedbank are ***********! I have requested to cancel my total loss insurance more than 3times and I continuously get a verbal confirmation that it’s been cancelled but you continue to debit me ! I want my refund because I’m not liable for such payments I REFUSE to accept this nonsense! What level of incompetence is this! This impacts me in soooo many ways than one and I’m going to escalate this even further
