Inappropriate and embarrasing statement .

<p>MFC has a facility that one can apply for to skip a payment if approved. Last week I app**** for this and stated my reasons on email - (very personal information in detail) I got a response yesterday to say I need to submit proof of what I said I need to do or was requesting for. I responded back to say I have not done what I need the funds for and asked whether I could send the other requirements. They rep**** back with the same email I got previously therefore I made a call. I spoke to an agent by the name of Polompe needless to say I regretted why I exposed myself to the embarrassment which she put me through. Her exact words to me were HOW DO WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT LYING this is after I explained why I could not provide the documents I had been asked to provide. All my life I have dealt with MFC. I have had 7 cars financed by them and have never ever been treated this way. My question to her is @ my age why would I make up a story or lie? I regret having ever had to apply for this facility. I exposed myself to them in confidence and this is what I get. WOW.</p> <p> </p>
