IN CAPABLE OF PROVIDING PROPER LEGAL COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTS

Again absolutely shocking service from MFC.

I sold my car to a dealership, the dealership made the payment and I was to setup the arrangements regarding the outstanding payments.

I emailed them multiple times with no response and then when I do get an email back the agent doesn't even communicate professionally, neither did he provide the correct information or provide any legal documents regarding the arrangments.

It is now the 13 July, their SLA is 48 hours, I never ever get feedback within the 48 hours and they are now going to debit my account without my permission and there is absolutely nothing I can do because they are so useless.

DO NOT USE MFC, they will be happy to take your money but offer absolutely no service and their interest rates is no better than any other financial service provider.
