Impossible to claim for scratch and dent policy

I have a scratch and dent policy taken in July. I dtill do not have documentation with full info on this policy. It is also impossible to claim.

I phoned a few times with promises that the documents would be mailed to me but not.

I also phoned to register a claim and was told that the forms to claim would be mailed. But not.

It does not help to have a policy that is impossible to claim. And to get documents explaining the policy fully. I want to cancel this policy and want my money back. I will rather join CCV (car care voucher) whom I know and whom have excellent communication and service. Claiming monthly for scratches. It was a mistake to join MFC policy.
