Impossible payment to release my car

So at the end of the day they don’t wane do anything they just stil going on as they like the don't care about anyone i was R5600.00 est in areas i could have paid it by the end of feb but i had no fair chance as nobody can help at mfc thats why i ask for a team leader to phone me so i can make arrangement on my account and stil waiting for a team leader to phone me (doesn’t help to tell me after you took my car a team leader did phone me.

Before they release my car i have to pay R20000.00

How is this even right to do this to your client.. i understand if i didn't pay 3 times in a row i didnt skip 1 payment until lock down level 5 and about 2 months ago the 2 times i only received my basic the rest of the months i stil payed but i didn't pay lock down
