*******ly holding Natis documents

My wife and I relocated to the UK and sold our cars to a dealer. All funds were paid and MFC were duly instructed to refund any amounts due by them and to deliver the Natis documents to the dealer. It was confirmed by MFC that this would all be completed within ten working days (by 16 April). They then go and pass a phantom debit to the one account and put the account in arrears. When this was queried, they blame a \system glitch"and assert that it has been rectified. They now refuse to refund the moneys owed by them and to deliver the Natis documents as they were duly instructed. Be aware of dealing with this company as they have extremely questionable business practices and will do whatever they can to ***** their clients!"""
