******* Naedo debit

I am under sequestration and Nedbank personal loans are fully aware of this. A court order was issued 27.11.2014. Why did Personal Loans go and debit my account ??? Surely that is against the court order ???? Refund my money and stick to the court order, a judge issued a court order it is a VERY LEGAL DOCUMENT that you should be complying with unless you think you are higher than the law.<br> I left a manager for a manager to call me back from legal early this morning. <br> Still waiting for that call...<br> My next step is the banking ombudsman, then the FSB for non-compliance to a sequestration court order.<br> I recon the ombudsman cost will be more than the refund and the FSB might fine you guys. <br> You are not above the law !!!
