I bought a car last year financed through mfc, I was unemployed for 2 months and didn't pay my car. They came to collect it. When the tracker came to collect it I wrote a letter saying I would pay them the end of November which was accepted. They sent me and SMS saying my car would be auctioned on the 27th if I don't pay them. When I called them on the 23rd to say I would pay on the 24th and had ally documentation everything was fine so I paid on the 24th and emailed everything to them they said my case was now under another consultant and they would only be in Monday on the 26th. So I called again on Monday the 26th to say I paid on the 24th he said the car was already auctioned on the 22nd. I can't believe they would do something so obviously **********. I will still take it further.
