Ignored by MFC

I have since November last year communicated to MFC about a change in banking details. Despite sending through the required info multiple times, they continue to debit an old account creating arrears, and still flag me as a late payer because I now have to do an EFT a day later! I am livid with your lack of help from your end despite me always having paid on time until you started ignoring me!

Can we please get this sorted out ASAP. *** did try to assist last month, but my details were still not updated.
