I wouldn't insure my shoes with them.

The most shocking consumer experience I've ever had. If you manage to actually get through to a "human" (I've waited on the line for 20min before), they generally aren't able to assist me and transfer me to another person who has no idea how to assist me either. When I did manage to get hold of the correct person, they "promised" to call me back the same day... I'm still waiting days later. Shocking shocking shocking.
