i would like my logbook

I have done nothing but sit and wait for this bank to send my logbook to my insurance company. They have paid my car of as it is a ryt of but all they say is that it will be checked into in the next 24 hours. This is ******** because they got money now i need them to send my logbook so i get paid out and able to buy a new car. On the other hand y the hell should they car as they have there money. They should not worry about me now as i am not a customer to them anymore. I dont see wats the hold up. Its not my car any more and they r holding on the the property of my insurance nw and by doing so they r inconveniencing my life.
