i want my money back... now

MFC debited me when the car had already been settled and now they are taking their sweet time refunding me. they are way past their SLA of 10 days and everytime i follow up i am given the run around. i spoke to a Jacquile Phoko this morning who promised to call me back within 10 minutes. i have had to call her back and everytime i do she drops
