I paid off my car with the MFC and asked to do a change of owner to my name

I paid off my car with the MFC and asked to do a change of owner to my name. I paid them the amount they requested for a change of ownership, I was told that it will take about 10 days for me to get my car papers. I was surprised when I phone them today (29/10/2025) that they will make a request for me today. I am not sure if they are ****ed off because I paid off my car way before the contract expiry date or what. I honored my monthly installments from day 1 untill now. I'm not happy with the treatment I'm getting from MFC.
