I NEED NY REFUND TODAY MFC

Today is my payday mfc took all my money from the bank i had a problem with finances since last year my installment was R3300 before covit 19 than after that problem my salary drop MFC increase the installment to 4328 due to repo rate i told them they have to close that repo rate to fixed rate because no one explained to me on the first time they said i have to call customer care i did that but nothing changed.

This year my salary was up and down installment in July 2023 had a RD i call them to make an arrangement they said they have to Debit 5477 i said 4 months on 5187 for 6 months i chosed 5477 4months but i asked to to increase my term with 1 months so that my account will updated they said they can't.

We agreed with 5187 than they debited it September as someone were promise that is for 6 months last week there was a number keep on call 083 they said mfc but i didn't trust because it was not a landline number monday this week i called MFC to check that my account aŕrangement is still in place they said no i ask that guy why he said in September they made once off instead of 6 months arrangement as per my instruction conversation i ask the guy to re arrange he say yes they will debit for 3 months 5400 is only option i said continue with that.

In 3 minutes i receive a call from them number started with 011 they said installment of R4328 plus arrears of R3501 is on the pipeline arrangement fail because of my salary is to close now system is tracking they will debit all but they don't have a sure with the refund he advice me to call after if get a refund or not.

I rate their service sameday with 1 someone from them call me advise me that i have to transfer my money to other bank and left for mfc installment arrears must i pay cash. Since yesteday i did n't sleep but salary entered on 00:58 at absa already mfc take all my money installment plus arrears.

What i noticed mfc consultant they are so rude when you telling them your problem and i need my refund because i did n't authorise them to do this foolish thing on my account headache to me because of them i need my refund today so that i i have to pay rent.
