I need help to get my car back from MFC

My car was **********ly changed the papers and soled to Ebros Motors in January 2015,it was found on the 29th January through tracker,and a case of ***** was opened case no 369/1/2015,the matter was reported to mfc collection (Jakes Kolapen)few days later the matter was taken over by their Legal department and handled by Peter Coetzee,the police only needed MFC to produce the original car papers,it went on and on with no response from them,February debit order wasn't deducted and I tried calling MFC and I was told to hold for legal but with no response,I tried Peter's cellphone with no response still,comes March no deduction and no response still,I called Jakes at collection and he also told me Legal will call me,comes April they deducted my account then I stopped it because I needed attention from someone and they responded and I was told not to worry about money yet because the priority is to get my car back,the car was released in August and Peter told me my arrears are R36556 and I must make an offer and the rest will be rescheduled,I gave him documents he needed he became quite again,now October I was told to speak to Thembakazi Mhlobo and she wants R36700 I now feel misled
