i have been waiting for a month for SERVICE!!!

I have submitted my query with MFC 5 times in 1 month and when I email their 'CARE' (irony) email address with all my relevant information and documents, I receive an automated response saying please send your documents!!!! When I do receive a humans response they reply saying I will be serviced with in 48 hours. I have been waiting a month!!!!!<br> <br> when I first reported them to Hellopeter.com someone phoned me only to tell me they can't help me, which clearly shows that no one has even bothered to review my case.<br> <br> MFC extended my financing of my vehicle because I had to finance a broken engine. they approved my finance but now without reviewing the details got a junior to call and tell me sorry they can't help me because of low credit?????? They gave me the credit and now they deny me the debt alleviation. i explained this to the lady on the phone who said: 'OH, please wait;NULL
