I am in a state where I have been told that my balloon payment amount was increased by about 50% of the initial amount with the guy from the Legal team not being able to explain how the additional 50% was added ( he says it is due to missed payment from the past) yet a certain amount was paid at the beginning of 2024 to cover the amount I was behind. My original balloon amount was around R47K and now I am told that I need to pay R96K towards my account yet they fail to explain where the additional amount is from.
