I am very disappointed with Nedbank insurer.

They have declined my car claim and have refused to provide the assessors response when asked if inspection was done.

I’ve logged an internal dispute with them and the response was not satisfactory and dispute was closed.

I feel the matter was not looked at with it own merit.

I need someone to call me from the complaints department and explain the outcome.
