I am very disappointed seriously, after all this years.

Morning, I am a nedbank client for almost a dacate, a few years back I financed a car with the, pay the car for almost 4 years now, at the beginning of this year I got sick, hospital in and out, did not get a salary for the month of May and June, because of not going to work, so I was 2 months behind, 2 weeks back I paid the outstanding after I received a call from a consultant called Savage Pallay, I told him I am not working I don't have a income he must give me a payment holiday for 3 months, he requested documents of the doctors and from work stating what what my condition is, now he is sending me emails of threats of repossession, he don't even ask me how much I can afford because I am not at work, I am very disappointed because I have paid a lot of money on my car for years, I am about to finish the car next year now the bank want to take the car, after I send relevant documents to them, is that how they treat they valuable customers, I am with Nedbank before they employ you Shavage Pallay.
