I am handed over to attorney after the car was taken from me and I billed the full balance of the car.

I am very much frustrated because I need a car but I cant qualify because of that, the worst night mare is that I am paying the balance of the car that I am not driving that has been sold to someone else or what ever that was done with the car heaven knows.
