I am financed by MFC I have received email from them threatening to increase my monthly instalment because I did not send them proof of my insurance, of which I did more than 5times , when I call them they will transfer me from one person to the other until all my airtime is exhausted, they don’t respond to my emails, I am frustrated. The money they are adding is more than 900 and I am paying 1,100 for insurance I know I won’t cope . Their service is not good at all .
