I am descriminated by MFC and They don't reply to me

MFC doest want to restructure my loan, I was placed incorrectly under debt review and I went to court and won the case, I have case no, NCR proof but when I send my query to Frederick September and Thabiso Mokgotsi they don't reply to me or call be back,it has been dragging since last year, I call in today was put on hold and call dropped.they are not taking me seriously and I feel that I am being descreminated because of debt review which is something I did not choose.anyone who is willing to help me please do, my next steps I will go to ombudsman
