How MFC'S is above the law and Chanel Jacobs is the law!! They dont have to follow legal procedures

You get an email saying you are 5 instalments in arrears!! You get told to pay 70% or mfc will reposess your car!! CHANEL JACOBS from nedbank Recoveries tells you if you do not pay on the 25th in my case that they will take futher action !! I send her screenshot of the arrangement i made but according to her its not on the system but i have proof????? On the 23rd i get an email from the guy that wants to collect my car??? But i have till 25th to pay?? So pls tell me is Mfc above the law??? Thye decide by themself not to follow procedure but do as they please!! According to Christo Hoffman there was arranged by Chanel Jacobs he can come and take my car?? There was never such an arrangement!!pls show me that arrangement!! So Chanel Jacobs makes her own rules!!
