How long will it take Nedbank to trust me, if 20 years with them is not enough ?

I'm so disappointed in my very own Bank NedBank.Ive been a Nedbank client for over 20 years.I thought they value our relationship cos when I first joined,I had debts that had already blacklisted me.I stayed with this bank up until they " OFFERED me a Credit Card,which I wasn't sure it was gona pull through, but it did.Years went by,they again OFFERED me a personal loan, and I took it.I worked so hard to clean my name cos I knew they trusted me, and I did not want to go back to deep debt again.In 2020, I needed a car, now I personally app**** for funding through Hyundai Dealership.To my surprise, they turned me down. And guess what, Westbank who knew nothing about me, and I didn't even bank with them, trusted me, and financed me.I was so disappointed. But still, I remained faithful to Nedbank till today.On Monday, I saw this car, at Hyundai Umhlanga again, and I wanted an upgrade cos it was a bargain, actually a demo car, I went for it.I gave Nedbank a second chance to trust me one more time, especially because I've proven myself to them that I'm trustworthy, I've got overdraft with them, credit card with them, and a personal loan with them, and I'm making sure that I don't let them down.To my surprise, Nedbank declined me AGAIN. Will Nedbank ever value my relationship with them ? Will they ever trust me enough as a member of the Nedbank family ? Or maybe I will have to find a new home..Westbank who covered my nakedness when my very own family Nedbank refused to help me. It's food for thought for now...I'm so..so..disappointed.
