How do I get to speak to the right person?
I am trying to assist a friend in dire straights as well as you, MFC, but I seem to be unable to reach anyone through your call centre. I keep being put through to people that just cut me off. An don't for one second think that it's easy to get hold of the callcentre itself. Please get someone that has the authority to negotiate a settlement phone me regarding this account.
