Horrible services

I'm currently having a terrible/frustrating service trying to get hold of someone to assist me from NEDBANK regarding my MFC vehicle account which I called twice their collection department to make a payment arrangement but on both occasions I got cut off.

***is of no use as they cannot assist with my current situation

I called 012 436 - 3514 which I was instructed to call to make an arrangement but it's a ghost line no one picks/answers and eventually the call is cut off
