Horrible Service / Useless processes

Having been with the MFC finance for under a year. Never missed a payment. I had an emergency to travel to Botswana. l requested a boarder letter on the 25th of July. This was denied because my account was said to be in arrears, that time l have never missed a payment. On inquiry l was told the current debit order was not yet reflecting on the account. They requested proof that the debit order went off last night, which l happily provided in form of my bank statement. I was still denied the letter because the money was not yet reflecting.

I escalated the matter to a manager who still couldn't help. That time its current month installment. The service is shocking and pathetic. I requested to make another immediate payment, they still say l must wait until the money reflects in the motor vehicle account.

These guys work like robots. They are meant to follow process that don't make sense. That time their systems don't even talk to each other. Its a absolute shame.
