HORRIBLE SERVICE - MFC

I've just received revolting service from MFC! I took out credit shortfall cover with M-Sure since my vehicle insurance was for market value. My insurance paid MFC the market value and I apparently could not lodge my claim with M-sure only MFC could do that. They were more than happy to debit my account and sat almost a week with my papers neglecting to make my application to M-Sure for my Gap Cover. The lady handling my claim ignored my emails and outright ignored my calls! No one would agree to put me through to her. They then instead send me an addendum to my Finance Agreement stating that I was liable to make 20 extra installments!! absolutely revolting service, instead of making a claim for the shortfall they continue to hound me for more money! If you need vehicle finance, chose anything but MFC!!!!!!!!!!
