Horrible Service

MFC call centre is unhelpful I've been calling Rosie Joseph for the past week and a couple of days and I am told she will call me back because her "direct line" puts me through to the call centre. I am transfered from one department to the next. I got a number to call Ntombi her line manager and that line is not being answered. I called on Monday and they advised that they have sent Rosie emails to contact me and now will send Ntombie her line manager to call. Till date I still have not received a phone call from Rosie Joseph nor Ntombi. It's frustrating, no assistance whatsoever from your call center.
