HORRIBLE SERVICE

Very rude and emotionally agent by the name of Zubair Saha,Called in to query about my early debit order,according to him i deleted sms about early debit...He cant proof if received the sms nor it was delivered. Asked to speak to manager whom he said her name is Elaine Peterson....I was put on hold for over 30 min...He was adamant i will not be refunded or cancel early debit....The arrogance in his voice...What a disgusting service.
