Horrible Service

<p>I took a contract with MFC the installment that i signed for is R6375 that included warranty and tracking device, a couple of days later i get a call from one of their consultant she tells now my instalments is R6500 i ask her were does that come from and she has no clue she tells me she will call back nothing till today, i sent emails and the person on the other cannot figure it out, days later i call the call centre speaks to some lady who then puts me on hold forever as she couldnt figure it out as well, so my plea is simple i have signed a contract of R6375 with you and thats what i expect to pay month end and Rand extra i'm taking this to NCR and FSB</p>
