HORRIBLE SERVICE

MFA004060 I feel very frustrated by the treatment I received from your company MFC Innovation group. I phoned in for help because I have a warrant policy with you and I firstly checked that the policy is still valid and then I explained the problem of the car and asked if you would be able help me your answer was yes the guy I spoke to he said I can take the to the dealer and there’s that thing called diagnosis that they are going to charge me before they start fixing the car that I need to pay on my own pocket and you will cover the rest, then I booked for my car with VW on Thursday @ 07.00 I was surprised when I got a call from the dealer telling me that Innovation group says I should contact you first before they start a process. I phone several times waiting 20- 30 min leave messages since from Monday and I end up getting hold of you on day three. The consultant from Warrantee Claims declined my request he said due to contract being expired at 90 000 and I was not aware that the contract has expired therefore they advise that they will extend the contract and they service the vehicle then the service was done, and I don’t know where does the service plan entered cause hear we are talking about warrantee plan then after he told me that my warrantee policy has expired as well, why the other consultants did not told me that he even ask me to cancel the contract, if was out of date it had to deleted already I would not afflict myself by taking the car there. So now I want to know who’s going to pay for that diagnosis because you the one said I must take the car to the dealer? Also I don’t think skipping of service can stop you to assist, try another excuse cause that doesn’t make any sense at all. I had faith in your company but you took advantage of my inexperience.
