Horrible service

Such a horrible customer service from one of the ladies. Unfortunately I had to put my phone down because I couldn't stand talking to someone who was so rude for absolutely no reason. I called today almost I wanted was to know how I can pay my Ballon payment on installments, she 1stly interrupted me while I was speaking, then she spoke over me and then I tried to tell her how I didn't like how she spoke to me she then lost it and started speaking louder. She did say that the call is being recorded I hope they find who she is and maybe take her to customer service classes. I called about 16 minutes ago.
