HORRIBLE INSURENCE SERVICE

We bought a 2020 VW Polo TSI.

I did phone to get the Credit Life policy,

I called a few times and they said that they will send it to me.

The lady that issued the policy confirmed that the first payment will go off 24th November 2020, and all of the sudden 24th October 2020 a payment was deducted and clearly not deducted with the vehicle premium.

I have a few things to sort out with the credit life on this vehicle?
