Horrible experience with MFC Nedbank

What a horrible experience I have had with this MFC Nedbank. I will never use them ever and I regret the decision to allow them to finance my car.

My car was written off and insurance paid and there was a shortfall. So when that happens your account is closed and handed to their legal department so whenever you want to enquire about your account you have to call this one person in the whole bank to ask and if you can't get hold of this person because their phone is always engaged then you don't get assisted. What kind of bank will not have your account details in the system while you owe them. How do I know that even if I get hold of this person whatever they tell me is correct.

I have to pray that they do not give me their banking details and make me pay them instead of the outstanding balance in this place.
